We can accept secure payments by most major debit and credit cards or PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments from AMEX cards due to high transaction fees.
We can also accept payment direct from your bank under the BACS system, or you can simply send us a cheque. Once your payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order by overnight or express courier. If you would like to order over the phone, please call us and we'll process the payment for you. If you would like to order from us on an ongoing basis we will be happy to receive applications to set up an account. We do require payment prior to print on your first order.
Cancellations – Please note that, if an order is cancelled before production, there will be a 5% cancellation charge to cover administration and card costs. Read more about our Returns & Refunds policy.
All our turnaround times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays.
The printing turnaround time starts when your order is paid for and print-ready artwork is received at our office before 4pm. All orders confirmed and paid for after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
All turnaround times quoted are typical turnaround times, and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can vary depending on quantities, order specifications, machine requirements, delivery companies and any other circumstances which may be beyond our control. We will always do our best to ensure that your order gets to you in the quickest time possible.
We offer free delivery on all orders dispatched to England and Wales mainland addresses and Scottish Lowlands, using Interlink Express.
We can also deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight, but for this service you’ll need to place your order by phone. We are unable to accept online orders outside mainland UK.
Please order in time for us to process everything and produce the goods. We give a turnaround time for each product on our product pages, but please note that these are dispatch times – not delivery from the time of placing the order. We cannot guarantee any service of our couriers that falls outside our control. If you need us to work faster, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to meet your timescales.
